Intelligence to replace strategic work, we have chosen a different path.
Our value is derived from the profound understanding and contextual intelligence that only
seasoned professionals can offer. All project work and deliverables are carried out exclusively by
Allyiz Experts, who apply their critical thinking and industry knowledge to deliver tailored,
high-impact solutions that AI cannot replicate.
This commitment is our key differentiator, ensuring that clients receive outcomes grounded in
genuine human expertise and fully aligned with their unique needs. To protect this commitment,
any use of AI is strictly limited to non-client-facing, internal support tasks, and is reinforced
internally through our Responsible AI Guidelines, which provide a clear framework for how our
Experts may leverage AI responsibly.

Permitted Use of AI
While Allyiz maintains a strict policy that prohibits the use of Artificial Intelligence in the delivery
of client-facing work, we recognise that AI can play a supportive role in enhancing internal
efficiency, provided it is used responsibly and within well-defined boundaries.
AI is never a substitute for expert judgment or professional execution. However, its use is
permitted under specific, controlled conditions to support internal operations. AI tools may be
used exclusively for non-client-facing tasks such as conducting background research,
generating inspiration, or assisting with internal structuring activities like formatting or
summarising non-sensitive content. These applications are strictly limited to preparatory or
organisational purposes and do not influence the final outputs provided to clients. The role of AI
tools in these tasks is to enhance efficiency and productivity, not to replace human expertise.
This approach allows Allyiz to benefit from selected technological efficiencies without
compromising the integrity, personalisation, and human-centric quality of the services we
deliver to our clients.

Data Privacy and Security

At Allyiz, safeguarding client information is a top priority. We are fully committed to maintaining
strict compliance with international data protection standards, including the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR). This commitment extends explicitly to the use of Artificial
Intelligence tools, ensuring that data privacy and security are never compromised, providing
you with the assurance that your data is in safe hands.
Under no circumstances is any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), payment card data, or
confidential client-specific information to be entered into, shared with, or processed by AI tools.
This restriction is a critical control designed to prevent unauthorised access, data breaches, or
unintended data exposure through third-party systems.
In addition to prohibiting the input of sensitive data, Allyiz also restricts the use of AI for
generating or storing content that includes any form of client data or proprietary materials.
These measures are in place to prevent AI systems from retaining or inadvertently misusing
confidential information, thereby reinforcing our clients' trust in our handling of their most
sensitive assets.
By enforcing these strict boundaries, Allyiz ensures that any use of AI remains fully aligned with
our obligations to data security, client confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Usage Limitations
While Allyiz permits limited internal use of AI tools, clear boundaries and strict controls are
enforced to maintain the integrity, quality, and transparency of all deliverables. AI-generated
content must never bypass human oversight or compromise the standards clients expect from
Allyiz.
Under no circumstances may AI-generated content be included in client-facing deliverables
unless it has been explicitly reviewed, edited, and validated by the Allyiz team.
The principle of transparency and traceability in the use of AI tools is equally important. This
practice promotes accountability, safeguards the integrity of our deliverables, and ensures that
clients are never misled about the origin or authorship of the work they receive.
It also reflects our commitment to ethical practice and professional responsibility in the use of AI
tools, aligning with Allyiz’s broader dedication to integrity, accountability, and expert-driven
